  11. I'm using mbp/Micro Focus Visual Cobol developement system to write apps for 
  12. windows in conjunction with the Microsoft C/C++ 7.0 SDK. I can successfully 
  13. create executables which run under windows. The problem comes when I try and 
  14. link to create dll's. Apparently my llibcew.lib and ldllcew.lib libraries are 
  15. incorrect. I'm looking for the Microsoft C 4.0 libraries llibcew.lib (199.168)
  16. and ldllcew.lib (188.416). Can anyone help me!
